Make Jerky at Home using NESCO®'s Famous Jerky Spices and Dehydrators!

Well known for use with Ground Meat, Our Jerky Spices also make Great Marinades for Sliced Meats.
Combine: 1 pound lean meat, cut into 1/8" to 1/4" thick strips to 1/4 cup water, add 1 packet NESCO®/American Harvest® jerky spice & cure (With 8 Great Flavors to choose from)
Mix seasonings with water. Place Jerky marinade & meat in a storage bag, seal & shake to mix completely. Refrigerate meat & marinate for 8 to 24 hours. Place meat on dehydrator trays & dry at highest temperature setting for 5 to 10 hours, or until done.
